Spruce Up Pittsburg Community Conversation Set for Feb. 23

PITTSBURG, KS – The City of Pittsburg is inviting residents, volunteers, businesses, and civic organizations to a community meeting next month to discuss plans to beautify the city.
The “Spruce Up Pittsburg Community Conversation” will be held on Thursday, Feb. 23 from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm at the Homer Cole Center, 3003 N. Joplin St., Pittsburg.
This event kicks off a city-wide cleanup initiative led by Pittsburg Mayor Dr. Ron Seglie. Community members are asked to bring their input, ideas, enthusiasm, and support as everyone is invited to get involved. This solution-focused meeting will provide opportunities for citizens to take part in creating an action plan for Pittsburg.
