City Hall is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at 201 W. 4th Street. Call (620) 231-4100 during those hours for help.

Pay your utility bill online through the city’s payment portal, by phone, or in person at City Hall. For help, contact Finance & Utility Billing at (620) 231-4100.

Report a pothole or street problem to Public Works at (620) 231-4150 or publicworks@pittks.gov. You can also submit a service request online.

Building permits are handled by the Building & Codes division. Call (620) 231-4100 or email building@pittks.gov to begin an application.
