The Downtown Advisory Board, the Pittsburg Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Pittsburg Arts Council are calling on businesses to participate in their annual Small Business Saturday Passport Event, set for November 28.
Businesses can promote any special offer, discount, event, or fun activity they might be doing that day. This event is open to all businesses, not just for downtown.
Last year, the event gathered more than 5,000 people in Pittsburg to shop on Small Business Saturday, followed by the Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony at Pritchett Pavilion.
How it works:
Fill out our business registration form by Friday, November 6: https://form.jotform.com/233024948500047
In the registration form, let us know what fun things you have planned for Saturday, Nov. 28 and for Black Friday too.
Your business name and details about your event will be added to the “passport.” Passports may be picked up at TOAST, The Balkan, Signet Coffee Roasters, Pittsburg Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Holiday Art Market at Harlen’s Venue on Nov. 28. When customers purchase something from your business (a purchase is required), they receive a “stamp” or signature from your business at checkout. They will turn in their passports at the Holiday Art Market at Harlen’s Venue by 2 p.m. on Nov. 28 or email bethany.kendrick@pittks.org for a chance to win prize baskets.
