Juveniles charged after vandalism

On Wednesday, June 5, 2019, at 1:02PM an off duty law enforcement officer with the Pittsburg Police Department observed two juveniles trespassing under the overpass on Fourth Street who appeared to be spray painting. Officers with the Pittsburg Police Department responded to the scene and located the juveniles who were found spray painting graffiti. Both juveniles were interviewed and later released to their guardians. Charges for Criminal Damage and Trespassing are being submitted to the juvenile prosecutor.
