Nuisance Codes Enforcement Responsibilities
The Department of Codes Enforcement recognizes and respects the rights of each individual to enjoy a high standard of quality-of-life in the City. In order to achieve this, the ordinances and codes for control of weeds, trash, vehicles and other nuisances are enforced. The Code Enforcement division is responsible for that enforcement.
Codes Enforcement Functions
- Canvass the City for violations of the City’s nuisances codes
- Respond to nuisance complaints
