The City of Pittsburg is seeking competitive, sealed proposals from qualified licensed roofing contractors to perform roof modifications and overbuild for the Parks Department building
located at 710 West 9th Street.
The existing structure features a hipped roof clad in asphalt shingles. A perimeter mansard roof forms a low-sloped valley draining through scuppers, which currently utilizes an EPDM roofing
system. In order to manage municipal construction budgets effectively while maximizing the remaining service life of the existing asphalt shingles, the City is executing a engineered
modification designed to last up to five (5) years.

Proposal Submission Deadline: Proposals will be received until Monday, September 28, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.
