We also hope to have information on what SEKR takes in the tunnel, and how those materials can be organized to facilitate this process. Also, including what materials SEKR does NOT recycle. We are also considering giveaways or a prize drawing, but do not yet have this finalized. Thank you!

DON'T THROW--JUST SEW!!!
  • No

What should I do with all of my husband's dress shirts? I'm tired of these sweaters but they are too good to throw away! I just saw these cute jeans in a catalog for $75!!! Hmmmmmmm. How often have you had these thoughts?
I want to demonstrate how to take old clothes that you don't want and make them look fresh again. I will display recycled clothes that have been redesigned. Most importantly, I want to talk to visitors about what/how to do these projects. My booth will hopefully inspire people to reconsider what they dispose of and how to shop at thrift shops for clothes that can be redesigned and repurposed! I will also have bags made out of feed sacks for sale.
