City Sanitation holiday schedule

In observance of the Christmas and New Year holidays, the City of Pittsburg Sanitation services will be closed on Thursday, December 25, 2025 and Thursday, January 1, 2026.

Residential and commercial sanitation pickups regularly scheduled for those two dates will instead be collected on Friday, December 26, 2025, and Friday, January 2, 2026, respectively. All other collection days remain unchanged.

We appreciate the community’s cooperation and wish everyone a safe and happy Christmas and New Year.
