Attached hereto is a copy of the GUIDELINES OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURG, KANSAS, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BONDS for informational purposes. However, the applicant acknowledges and agrees that said document, as well as this application, is a set of guidelines and an of the provisions stated therein may be waived or added to at the discretion of the Pittsburg City Commission.
