I have read and hereby agree to follow all procedures and guidelines of the City Housing Incentive Program as outlined in the CHIP Intergovernmental Agreement.

I understand that I may be asked to provide financial documentation verifying building costs associated to the project, AND the City of Pittsburg retains the right to request this documentation before grant funds are released.

I understand that this application will become void one (1) year from the date below if construction has not commenced within that time.

AND construction must be completed no later than two (2) years following the date of this application to be eligible for Program funds.

I further understand that the CHIP funds will only be released after project completion, following the sale of the home to a qualified buyer meeting the income guidelines.
