Conventions, meetings and private functions

Here at Pittsburg’s Memorial Auditorium and Convention Center, we boast over 7,800 square-feet of event space on our lower level where we offer competitive pricing for hosting events of all types and sizes.

Give your business or professional event a change of scenery and move your next workshop outside the office to get the creativity and conversation flowing. We have modular, modern meeting spaces that provide the ideal group setting for your next business conference, trade show or reception.

You can also host banquets, festivals, private parties, wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, and a variety of community events here too.

 

Convention Center information

Our experienced venue team will work with you to ensure that your event runs smoothly, whether you’re hiring a room for a small meeting, or the entire space for a wedding. We’ll also have a member of our team available at all times during your event.

We offer the following equipment and amenities:

  • Full commercial kitchen rental (includes 10 burner gas stove, 2 ovens, dishwasher, prep areas, commercial sinks, and refrigeration)
  • A/V equipment, including multiple screens and projectors
  • Wi-Fi
  • Table service
  • Bar packages
  • Booth curtains and lights
  • Platforms
  • Candelabras
  • Chandelier and ceiling fabrics
  • Dinnerware and flatware

Rental Rates

Conventions & Conferences

Pricing

  • Rental pricing starts at $1500, extra services and equipment are available at additional cost.
  • $500 damage deposit required for any event that is serving alcohol

Down Payment

  • 25% Down Payment is required within 10 days of the reservation request to hold the date.
  • Full payment must be made 14 days prior to event.
