For most shows, we recommend arriving 30–45 minutes before showtime to allow time for parking, ticket scanning, concessions, and finding your seat. The lobby and box office open 1 hour before the performance, and theatre doors typically open 30 minutes before showtime.

Free street parking is available on the north, east, and south sides of Memorial Auditorium. Two city parking lots are also located at the corner of 6th Street and Pine Street. Parking can fill quickly, so arriving early is encouraged.

No. You may present either a printed ticket or a digital ticket on your mobile device for scanning at the entrance.

Most performances feature reserved seating. Some events may have General Admission balcony seating, so please check your ticket before arriving.

Yes. An accessible entrance is located on the south side of the building at Pine & 5th Street, and an elevator that brings you to the main lobby level. However, due to the historic nature of the building, there is NO elevator to access the mezzanine or balcony levels.

No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. For most shows, concessions are available before the performance and during intermission.

Children are welcome at most performances. Please note that every guest, regardless of age, must have a ticket unless otherwise stated by the event organizer. Some performances allow children two (2) and under to attend without purchasing a ticket, if they are seated on the lap of an adult.

Photography, video recording, and audio recording are generally NOT permitted during performances unless specifically announced by the event presenter. Please silence all phones and electronic devices before the performance begins to help minimize distractions for performers and fellow guests.

You may be asked to wait for an appropriate break in the performance, at the discretion of the house manager, to avoid disrupting the show.
