Oil pastels are quick and easy! They do not require expensive brushes or solvents. Anyone can create a masterpiece with these easy to blend oil crayons. We provide the supplies—you provide the creativity.\niCraft is open to anyone in 6th grade through adult. No registration is required for this free program.
