In preparation\, we have already gotten ahold of 350 lbs of meat to make over 500 lbs of homemade chili from scratch!\n\n\nWe will have ONE drive-thru lane that will be accepting cash\, check\, or card where drivers will pay on-site. Just head on over to the Memorial Auditorium and approach from the North side of Pine (we will have posted signage for the drive-thru lane).\n\n\nPaper production ranks 3rd for the most energy & greenhouse-intensive in the manufacturing industry. To help combat this\, THERE ARE NO TICKETS FOR THIS EVENT!! It’s first come\, first serve.\n**There is a chance that we sell out early like in previous years so make sure to show up early and keep an eye on our Facebook page as we’ll be updating the public on the amount of chili available throughout the day**\n\n\nWe are offering a $8.00 dinner meal that includes a bowl of chili\, dessert\, crackers\, and drink. We are also offering our famous quarts of chili as well for $15\, the perfect item to bring back to your Superbowl Party!\n\n\nAs always\, 100% of the proceeds from this event will go towards the animals at the SEK Humane Society to help purchase medications\, vaccines\, special dog training sessions\, pet toys\, treats\, and so much more.\n\n\nThis event is our largest fundraiser each year and this could not happen without our 50+volunteers. DESCRIPTION:Join us for “Pickle in Pitt” a city-wide celebration and fundraising event in honor of Pittsburg’s Pickleball Family! \nPickleball pros Julie\, JW\, and Jorja Johnson\, along with coach Jack Johnson will be back in their hometown on Monday\, August 28 for this event\, recognizing their achievements in the pro-pickleball arena. \nJoining the Johnsons will be professional pickleball players Gabriel Tardio and Dylan Frazier. \nEvents include Play with the Pros Games\, a pickleball clinic\, an exhibition match\, and signed autographs with some of the top-ranked pickleball players in the world! \nProceeds from this fundraising event will go to maintenance and enhancements to the Jack Johnson courts\, and new pickleball programs at the Four Oaks Sports Complex in Lincoln Park. \nMORE INFO
