Ribbon Cutting – City of Pittsburg Customer Service Kiosk

The city is hosting a ribbon cutting to celebrate the installation of a new customer service kiosk located in the drive-thru on the south side of City Hall. The new kiosk will allow residents to pay their utility bills using cash, check or credit card, and access their account balance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The kiosk’s voice instructions help customers complete transactions in English or Spanish. This new payment system gives customers a safe, convenient, contactless payment option. This project was made possible thanks to a grant from the Strengthening People and Revitalizing Kansas (SPARK) program through the State of Kansas.
