QUINCY AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS
BROADWAY TO HOMER AND TRANSITION AREA HOMER TO STILWELL
KDOT PROJECT NO. 19 U-2287-01

DESCRIPTION:
Improvement of Quincy Avenue from the east curb line of South Broadway Street to the east curb line of Stilwell Street a distance of approximately 3,310 feet (designated as Paving District No. 10-01, by first removing the existing pavement, drainage improvements, curb and gutter, and incidental construction relating to the improvement, easement and right-of-way acquisitions, three lanes of paving, a transition from three lane to two lanes, pavement marking, surveying, intersections at Elm Street South of Quincy, Elm Street north of Quincy, Joplin Street, Smelter Street north of Quincy, Homer Street north of Quincy, Homer Street south of Quincy, Stilwell Street north of Quincy, and Stilwell Street south of Quincy, sidewalks drive approaches, traffic signal at the Joplin Street intersection, and design and construction engineering.
