Crawford County Historical Museum

The Crawford County Historical Museum features vintage clothing, photos, coal mining and farming artifacts, printing exhibits, and horse-drawn vehicles. Outdoor exhibits include a one-room school house, an authentic neighborhood grocery store, and a coal mining steam shovel.

Housed in the former St. Johns Episcopal Church, the Museum of Crawford County was established in 1975 and is listed on the National Historic Register. The beautiful stained glass windows of the museum enclose vintage clothing, artifacts, and local photographs. As the museum has continued to grow, buildings have been added to house farming implement displays, large exhibits, and furniture displays.
